Soft, hard, noise and top layers give you independent control over each component of the sound. Each layer runs through high-grade summing for a cohesive, punchy result: no phase issues, no muddiness.
Low pass, high pass and band pass modes let you tighten the highs, filter the lows or carve out a specific band. Dial in clean movement or go aggressive and surgical.
Precise control over each snare amplitude with a single knob. No envelopes to dive into, no compression to set up. Twist it and the dynamics follow.
Layer 1, 2 and 3 each have their own level and on/off switch, plus stereo control: widen or center each layer independently.

Yes, you can fully customize the snares.
Each snare includes three independent layers, giving you the flexibility to blend different sounds and textures. For each layer, you can adjust key parameters such as:
Amplitude envelope (control the attack, decay, sustain, and release)
Filter envelope (shape the tone with dynamic filtering)
Stereo placement per channel (for wide, spatial effects)
This level of control lets you create anything from tight, punchy snares to wide, atmospheric hits.
At this time, users cannot add their own samples to Sulfur Snare. However, Pro Audio Elements will release updates with new professionally crafted samples to expand the plugin’s library and keep your Snares fresh. Stay tuned for upcoming updates!
