Most of what reaches our inbox has the same handful of answers, so we put them here. Search below, and if nothing fits, the email at the bottom of the page reaches a person.
Everything you have bought, ready to download again. Unlimited, no expiry.
Order numbers, dates and receipts, in case support asks you for one.
The full text: what the licence covers and when a refund applies.
It is in the confirmation email sent to the address you typed at checkout, next to your download links. It is also stored permanently in your account, under My account, Licences, next to the product it belongs to.
If that email never arrived, check spam and the Promotions tab before anything else. That is what it turns out to be almost every time.
Only for verification. Your serial is checked online when you install or first open the plugin, and occasionally after that to keep the licence valid.
Between those checks you can produce completely offline. If you work on a machine that is never connected, write to us before buying.
Three things solve nearly every case. Paste the whole code with no space before or after it. Confirm the serial belongs to that specific product, since each one has its own. And make sure you are running the installer downloaded from your account rather than an older copy saved somewhere.
If it still fails, send us the serial and the exact wording of the error and we will unlock it.
Start with a plugin rescan inside your DAW. Most of the time that is all it takes.
If it is still missing, check that your DAW is scanning the folder the installer used. On macOS, AU goes to Library, Audio, Plug-Ins, Components, and VST3 goes to Library, Audio, Plug-Ins, VST3. On Windows, VST3 goes to Program Files, Common Files, VST3. Also confirm you are opening the 64 bit version of your DAW.
Almost every time, the notes are outside the range the instrument responds to. Oxygen Bass answers between C2 and C3, so move your MIDI notes into that octave, or shift the octave on your keyboard until you are playing inside it.
If the notes are in range and it is still silent, send us your DAW and version and we will look at it with you.
Recent versions of macOS block applications from developers they do not recognise. Try to open the installer and let macOS refuse, then go to System Settings, Privacy and Security, and scroll to the message saying the installer was blocked. Click Open Anyway, confirm, and type your password if it asks.
There is a shorter route that works just as well: right click, or control click, the installer, choose Open, then click Open again in the dialog that appears.
Make sure you are running the latest version first, then reinstall the plugin if it is still empty and let the installer put the preset folders where it wants them.
Do not move or rename those folders afterwards. The plugin looks for them by path, and a renamed folder reads as no presets at all.
Look in spam and in the Promotions tab first. The email goes to the exact address typed at checkout, so a typo there sends it somewhere else.
Either way, nothing is lost. Log in and everything you own is waiting in My account, Downloads, with the serials alongside in Licences.
No. Downloads are unlimited and never expire. What you bought stays in your account for as long as the account exists.
Reformatted the machine, changed computers, coming back two years later: the files are still there.
Every purchase here creates an account automatically, tied to the email used at checkout. If you are signed in with a different address, log out and sign in with the one printed on your receipt.
Still nothing? Send us the order number and we will link it to the right account.
Yes. Downloading is not the same as activating. You can pull the installer onto as many machines as you like, whenever you like. What is limited is the licence itself, which covers one computer at a time.
Each licence covers one computer and one user. The serial is tied to the machine where it is activated.
That is fine, and it is the single most common message we get. Do not buy the product again.
Write to us with your order number and your serial, which you can copy from My account, Licences, and we will release the activation so you can install on the new machine.
The licence is meant for one machine at a time. Tell us how you work, for example a studio desktop plus a laptop for travelling, and we will tell you what is possible in your case.
Licences are non transferable without our written permission, and sharing or reselling a serial is not allowed. Doing it gets the licence revoked, which usually hurts the buyer more than the seller.
If you have a legitimate reason to transfer one, ask us. We do look at it case by case.
Our plugins ship as VST and AU, 64 bit, for both macOS and Windows, and load in all the major DAWs.
Each product page lists its own requirements. Worth two minutes before buying.
Pro Tools only loads AAX, which is not part of the standard VST and AU installer. Write to us before purchasing and we will tell you exactly where the product you want stands.
Only for the Serum packs. Xenon is built on Clips, a Serum 2 feature, so Serum 2 is required.
Sample and loop packs are plain audio. Drag them into any DAW, no plugin needed. The instrument plugins are standalone and require nothing else.
Compare your operating system, your DAW version and your hardware against the requirements listed on the product page.
We cannot cover incompatibilities caused by outdated systems or drivers, so if you are unsure, ask us before buying rather than after.
Yes, natively on M series processors, and on Intel Macs as well.
Credit and debit card, PayPal, and crypto including USDT, BTC, ETH and Binance Pay. In Brazil there is also Pix and local card processing.
Prices are set in USD and converted to your local currency at checkout.
Card details never touch our servers. The whole transaction is handled end to end by the payment processor, and we only receive the confirmation that it cleared.
Because the products are digital, sales are final, with two exceptions: a malfunction we could not solve together with you, and an accidental duplicate purchase.
Requests go to support within 7 days of purchase. The full text is on the Policy and Terms page.
Send us both order numbers. Duplicate purchases are refunded, that is one of the two exceptions in our policy.
Send us the order number and the billing information you need on it and we will take care of it.
A real person reads every message. Reactivations after a format or a new computer are handled here too, so do not buy the product a second time.
